Who can use TransferMole?

TransferMole’s mission is to help micro businesses on social media to simplify how they get paid by a global audience. TransferMole is an aggregation service to onboard with multiple payment platforms in one go and present payment methods on a single page (Linktree for payments).

Are my payments safe?

TransferMole is a routing system connecting consumers with payment service providers. All transactions are processed through licensed payment service providers, remittance companies, or on-chain in the case of crypto.

What social handles can be used to receive payments?

We currently support Instagram, X (Twitter), and Google accounts. Additional networks will be added in Q2 2024.

How to make payments to a social handle?

Payments can be initiated in multiple ways, here are some examples:

Method 1 – Go to transfermole.com and click “Make payment” to initiate a payment.

Method 2 – Share your payment link found on your dashboard. You can access your dashboard on app.transfermole.com and click login.

Method 3 – If you’re on Instagram, you can also use the TransferMole chatbot. Go to @gotransfermole and send a DM with keyword “hello” to @gotransfermole.

What's the difference to PayPal?

Paypal is one of the alternatives being used today, but there are several issues: to send money with Paypal, people need to hold a balance or connect a card to their Paypal account, which is not suitable for emerging markets. On the recipient’s side, withdrawals from Paypal are only possible to bank accounts whereas TransferMole forwards payments to banks, e-wallets and crypto addresses across multiple chains. The overall experience with Paypal is generally very clunky, people forget their passwords, need to verify transfers via email links, etc.

What's the difference to remittance providers like Wise & Co?

When sending money with Wise, senders have to enter a recipient’s names, address and bank/wallet account details. Even domestic wallets require at least a phone number. Creators-audience relationships are anonymous and most creators do not want to share personal data with their followers. TransferMole is using social handles and stores the associated identities and account details without senders being able to see them.

Which wallets can I use for crypto?

TransferMole supports desktop wallets like Metamask and over 100 other wallets through the WalletConnect protocol (incl. TrustWallet, Core Wallet, etc.)
